Daniel is a property industry expert with over 20 years of experience in property and high-value purchase experience. He has a strong background in sales, marketing and operations, and has worked in and owned a variety of businesses, including developers, investors, and new home construction companies.
Daniel has a double degree in Economics and Public Relations/Marketing from Deakin University and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice & Diploma in Property (Agency Management) and holds a current Real Estate License. He is also a speaker and writer on business and real estate topics, having published articles in various publications including the Financial Review and the Herald Sun.
Daniel’s expertise extends to market analysis and forecasting, sales and marketing strategy, operations and management.
MARK VUJOVICH
Mark is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the new housing and property industry. He has a proven track record of delivering results, driving growth, and leading teams in various building companies across Australia.
Mark is the former General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Simonds Homes, and was instrumental in the successful listing of Simonds on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2014, which raised $160.9 million and valued the company at $255 million.
Mark is also an entrepreneur who has founded and operated several building companies including Maybach Property Group & First Place Building Co.
